Overall, the service we received was excellent – Gavin was very helpful on the phone in recommending and selecting the correct supply for the event and to plan out the cable runs etc for minimum impact, though could have been quicker to respond via email with our event manager, as she was concerned about confirmation of some details that was not received until late in the day.
The team on site got everything set up very quickly and the event was a great success.
There was, however, one slight issue on the day. The event was a corporate family fun day, for which the client had provided a barbecue for their guests. Provision had been made for the event staff to get some food from the supplier we booked, which was mentioned in the supplier letter sent through to DHE prior to the event. However the DHE team made a beeline for the barbecue as soon as it opened! While not a major issue, I’m sure you’ll agree that this was not great presentationally, and certainly for some of the higher profile clients we work with this would have been much more of a problem.
However, overall these were not big problems, and I’m sure we’ll be looking to use you again for future events."

Firstly I must say I was very impressed with all of the staff that worked on the events, all of them turned up on time and were happy to help when it came to us choosing a location for the stage and gantry. I wasn't’t at the North West or Wales events but from my understanding they got on with the job very professionally like your other staff. Also Matt who has been my contact at DHE has been fantastic and always willing to help out where necessary.
Although your teams were all good I would like to give a special mention to your two staff on the Midlands event this weekend (apologies I have forgotten their names, it’s been a long weekend). Both of them were very happy to help out and were always on hand in case anything was needed. On that event we had a larger sound system and a couple of bands playing which involved a lot of sound system movement and organising which they were more than happy to get involved in and never shirked away from. So I would appreciate if you passed my thanks on to them!

"The whole experience was excellent, Matt for making the arrangements / booking / making payment make things easy and very good to deal with.
Similarly the guys putting up the stage / taking it down again were all very professional - I did not meet the crew taking it down, however they did so efficiently.
I terms of putting up the stage - as stated above, very professional and great to deal with. Only comment is that the stage was slightly out of alignment with main lawn by a few degrees - I did not notice at the time but should have checked from further down the lawn; right by the stage it was difficult to tell the alignment when close-up. This last point minor, however, next time I would want to check this prior to final positioning of the structure.
I am sure that we will be wanting to continue to use you in future years for our annual summer event; provided that you can keep the costs close to the current level (Matt mentioned that you had were planning to increase the costs / the new price book intact higher?).

"Thanks for the email , we had an amazing event your stage and lighting looked great
We did have a few problems crop up as we are on a really tight time line your guys did arrive half hour late and there were a few issues putting the stage up which meant we couldn't get the bands on to sound check so we couldn't get it all up and running till 6pm
With regards to the sound your engineer was pushing the sound out from the wedges on stage going at the act which gave feedback and my acts kept asking for more power going out into the street we need more power around 8.30 as we have over 4000 people by then and by the time my final act came on the sound was not at the same level as the DJ and my act kept asking for more out front
So if we could keep an eye on that for next year is rather they were there waiting rather than me looking at an empty street waiting
But ending on a positive note great looking stage and those extra led white lights really lit the stage really nice guys who work very hard

"Just to say a million thanks for all your help in once again supplying the stage for Pitstone Party in the Park. This is the second year that we have booked the mini arc stage from yourselves and I have to say it is the focal point of the whole event. I had bands galore contacting me since the 2013 event wanting to play on the stage! The stage is perfect for a crowd of 2500 which of course we have achieved two years running. The overall Booking,personal service and supply of relevant documents from the DHE team was a smooth operation and the team always responded to emails and phone calls promptly. The service and care in both erecting and dismantling of the stage was as slick and as professional that you can get and this has been commented upon by the rest of my committee and our sound engineer.
We will be coming back again in 2015 !

Our event yesterday went extremely well and one major factor was the arrival of the stage bang on schedule and it was to a pleasure work alongside Luke and his colleague (sorry I’ve forgotten his name!), the stage went up in great time and was dismantled equally as efficiently. The chaps even assisted with putting a graphic banner up with out any complaints.
I’m very satisfied with the service I get both on site and from head office when dealing with Matt.
